These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the business you represent ("Customer"), and Agenty Analytics Pvt Ltd ("Company"), the parent company of Ticketdesk.AI, regarding your use of our helpdesk software and services ("Services").
2. Service Description
Ticketdesk.AI provides AI-powered helpdesk software that includes ticket management, customer support automation, analytics, and related services. The Services are provided on a subscription basis and may be accessed through our website or API.
3. Account Terms
You must be 18 years or older to use the Services. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information for your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Customer Data
You retain all rights to your customer data. You grant us a license to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the Services. We will maintain appropriate security measures to protect your data.
5. Payment Terms
Services are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
6. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Ticketdesk.AI website. You will be notified of significant changes through the Ticketdesk.AI notification system in the top menu. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Services, but you may export your data within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delhi, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
